Literally he puts himself in the patient / client's shoes and provides information, answers any and all questions with knowledge, warmth and care. Dr Lam's website is accessible and don't forget to read his papers on various topics. I highly recommend anyone looking for plastic surgery whether it be due to cancer or other diagnosis, accident or aesthetic reasons you need not look farther.
